Daltons is a friendly butchers shop that is run by Mike Dalton. They make gluten free sausages and freeze them the same day, so that they usually have some in stock and they also make gluten free beff burgers.

They also have a very good selection of fresh meat including dry cured bacon which does not shrink when cooked.

A great shop for tapioca starch (Bot nang) they also sell rice papers made with rice flour and tapioca and have a huge selection of rice and tapioca based noodles a far bigger range than any UK supermarket.

Bristol Sweet mart sell a selection of naturally gf food, like rice flour and rice flakes all at a much cheaper price than supermarkets. As well as a selection of rice like basmati rice in various sizes and pudding rice and puffed rice.

Also they sell many spices and their deli is worth checking out. They also do mail order.
